An experimental game created to an outline provided to us by the Department of Innovation, Industry, Science and Research. Our objective with Planck was to create an educational game for school students to learn about Nanotechnology in the classroom. This provided a series of challenges in that we had to work closely with educators to ensure the game was educational, while also keeping it fun.

The objective for our phase of development was primarily to produce and deliver a working prototype game with the mechanics we felt would be best suited to the final game. We went with a simple roleplaying style game in which your objective is to complete tasks and learn about different nanotechnology uses to save a city on the brink of collapse.

The game was created by a team of 5, with myself acting as a Producer and Interface Artist. It was my job to maintain communication with the educators responsible for the project and coordinate with them and the development team.
